Waiting List and Deposits

In order to be fair, puppies are allocated in the order that the reservations for the puppies have been made. We e-mail you when your new family member has been born. Dates of booking are taken from the day our deposit and signed contract (click the above link for contract) are received. Occasionally a puppy may not turn out quite as we had expected in color or gender. So if we think this puppy may not suit you we will contact you with our reasons and let you decide whether to take the puppy or wait for another puppy. Our puppies are held with a deposit of 350.00. If you place a deposit and return the signed contract, it will guarantee that we will reserve the puppy of your choice in order. The deposit is non-refundable. We will send you a reciept for your deposit and will send pictures and updates on the puppy of your choice. You can call us at (404) 281-2953 or e-mail us to reserve your puppy. If you e-mail us please specify the gender and color of the puppy that you want.

Prices

F-1 $700.00 and up

This is the breeding of a Standard Poodle and a Labrador Retriever. This coat can be flat, wiry, wavy and on occasion a fleece. This first generation does shed and is not allergy friendly. There can be a variety of sizes and colors in a given litter.

F-1B $1000.00 and up

This is the breeding of a F-1 Labradoodle to a Standard Poodle. This coat can be wavy, wool or fleece. This second generation does not shed near as much as the first generation and can be allergy friendly depending on the coat. The sizes coats and colors can still vary but they are more predictable. This generation tends to look more like the Australian counter-part than the first.

American Multi-Gen $1400.00 and up

This breeding is of F-1B to F-1B or above. This coat is usually wool or fleece. This multi-generation is non-shedding in most cases and is allergy friendly. The sizes are usually under 60 pounds. Depending upon the size of the parents these dogs can be minatures and weigh as little as 25-40 pounds.

Australian Multi-Gen $1800.00 and up

This is the ultimate Labradoodle. This is a breeding that has at least one parent that is of Australian decent. The two main breeders of Australian Labradoodles is Rutland Manor and Tegan Park

. This generation is usually fleece in coat but sometimes can be wool if bred back to the Standard Poodle. This coat does not shed and is the most allergy friendly of all of the previous generations. The sizes can range from about 60 pounds to around 25 in the minature.

Our prices include up to date shots, wormings and a three generation pedigree. Each puppy will have a current health certificate from our Vet. Our puppies at Eden begin the grooming at the age of 4 weeks. The earlier they begin the better they will be as adult. We sell our puppies to pet homes only. We require that the puppy be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months.

Payment

We accept cashiers checks and money orders. If you choose to write a personal check it must clear our bank prior to pickup or shipment of your puppy. We will accept payments for puppies but payment must be made in full when the puppies turn 5 weeks old. There is no exception for this rule. If the puppies are not paid in full at this time they will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Shipping

We ship our puppies through Delta Airlines. This airline has climate controlled cargo holds.Most all of the flights through Delta are non-stop to their destination. The shipping is to be paid by the buyer and is to be paid in full before shipment. The cost is approximately $350.00. This includes the sky kennel, health certificate and transportation to the airport.

Delivery

We will deliver your puppy or meet you to pick up your puppy if the temperature is not acceptable for shipping the puppy and time and distance is possible. The price for this service is: $100.00 for a 150 mile radius of Atlanta. $200.00 for a 300 mile radius of Atlanta and $300.00 for a 500 miles radius of Atlanta. This is a personal service to insure the safety and health of our puppies. This price is to cover gas and hotel expense.
